To ensure a seamless pickup, please provide the following details:
- Personal Info: Full name, mobile number, and email address.
- Flight Details: Your specific flight number (this allows us to monitor delays and ensure a timely meeting).
Note: Please verify your contact information before submitting to ensure you receive your confirmation.
Once your booking is complete, a confirmation will be sent immediately via email and SMS. We recommend double-checking your contact details during registration to ensure these reach you. For added peace of mind, we will also send a reminder with your full travel details to your WhatsApp number 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
There is no need for upfront payment; you can settle the cost of your airport or VIP transfer during your journey. We accept cash on board.
Istanbul Airport (IST)
Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, please head to Exit Gate 13. After exiting the building, look to your right for the SR25 sign. Simply present your name and voucher code to our greeting staff, and they will coordinate your pickup.
Note: Due to airport regulations, your vehicle will arrive at the designated loading area within 10–20 minutes of your check-in.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)
After completing customs and baggage claim, proceed to the main exit gate. Outside the gate, you will see a Simit Sarayı cafe directly opposite you. Our welcome desk (marked SR25) is located right next to it. Please provide your name and reservation code to our team members for assistance.
Note: Due to airport traffic flow, your vehicle will arrive for boarding within 10–20 minutes.
You may cancel your booking easily by reaching out directly to our WhatsApp customer service team for assistance.
Don't worry—we’ve got you covered. By providing your flight number, our team can monitor your flight in real-time and automatically adjust your pickup time. We provide a 120-minute complimentary waiting period starting from the moment your plane lands. Please note that if we are unable to reach you or if you do not arrive at the meeting point within this hour, the transfer will be marked as a no-show and cancelled.
If a flight number is not provided, we will hold your reservation for 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time. If we are unable to reach you via your provided email or phone number within this window, your transfer will be automatically cancelled. We strongly recommend sharing your flight details so we can track your arrival and extend your wait time if necessary.
